How to make
Peel the potatoes and cut them. Put them to boil until almost semi-done in salted water, then drain them. In a large bowl or bag, mix the spices and breadcrumbs and roll the potatoes in them.
Transfer them to an oven dish, pour a little oil in and shake the dish. Sprinkle with feta cheese and top up with a little water in order to remain juicy during cooking.
Grate cheese on top and put the dish to bake in a moderately heated oven until it gets a golden tan.
