How to make
Fry the onions and pressed garlic for 5 minutes in olive oil. Wash the spinach and cut it coarsely. Add it gradually to the fried mixture. Stew until the spinach reduces its volume 4 times.
Add the strained chickpeas and stir gently. Leave the dish for 5 minutes on the stove. Upon serving, add salt and season it with ground black pepper.
Optionally, sprinkle with lemon juice.
