How to make
Put the pasta to boil until almost done, drain it and pour into a suitable greased tray. Mix it with a little soft butter, crumbled feta and the chopped into small pieces smoked cheese.
Beat the eggs with milk and pour them over the pasta. Put it to bake in a moderately hot oven to full readiness. Serve the macaroni slightly chilled, sprinkled with parsley or dill.
