How to make
Grind the biscuits or crush them well. Mix them with the cocoa and gradually add the boiled water in which you've melted the sugar, after it has cooled. Knead a smooth dough for the dark layer.
Spread it out onto a baking sheet to a thickness of 1/2″ (1.2 cm). Mix all the ingredients for the white layer in a bowl and stir well until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
Smear the white layer on top of the brown layer carefully and smoothly. Roll it up into a tight roll and store it in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
Optionally, roll it in coconut shavings.
