All the ingredients for the marinade are mixed and poured over the pork pieces. Stir to distribute the marinade evenly over the fillets and leave to cool for 1 night.
The next day, put the drained from marinade pork pieces on skewers. Optionally, you can put a piece of tomato between them. Bake the souvlaki, grill it on a charcoal grill, or barbecue.
Serve the pork skewers garnished with a leaf of lettuce, sliced tomatoes and fries. It's good to serve this with hot sauce (optional).
