Ingredients

  • mince - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 4, boiled
  • mozzarella - 7 oz (200 g), desalinated
  • pasta - 9 oz (250 g) of pasta
  • tomatoes - 28 oz (800 g) can, peeled
  • parmesan - 3.5 oz (100 g) grated hard cheese
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • salt
  • basil - fresh or dry
  • black pepper - to taste

How to make

Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the mashed canned tomatoes along with the crushed garlic and chopped basil. Allow to simmer over low heat and cook the pasta separately. Rinse with cold water and drain it. Add the pasta to the sauce.

In a greased oven dish, pour 1/3 of the mixture on top, stack half the eggs, cut into quarters, then add half the mozzarella cheese. Continue with the pasta with sauce, and repeat until you run out of products.

Finish with pasta and sprinkle evenly with grated parmesan or other cheeses. Put the pasta in a preheated oven to bake at 390°F (200 °C) for about 20 minutes.
