How to make
In a pan, heat oil on high heat and fry the pork pieces. Add chopped mushrooms to the meat and season it to taste with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat, put a lid and sauté until almost all of the liquid evaporates from the mushrooms.
Top with 1/2 cup of wine and continue to stew and occasionally stir. Stew for about 20-25 minutes, add the rest of the wine and simmer for 15 minutes. Finally add the cream and leave it on the heat for 5-6 more minutes.
Add the chopped into small pieces smoked feta cheese, stir until melted and remove from the heat.
