"We`ve decided to share this cake recipe with you. We`ve made it a few times now and it`s our favorite! It`s definitely worth trying"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 6
  • sugar - 1/2 cup (140 g)
  • semolina - 1/2 cup (140 g) coarse
  • coconut flakes - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • flour - 1/5 cup (70 g)
  • vanilla
  • lemon zest

How to make

Beat the egg whites with 1/3 of the sugar. Beat the yolks with the rest. Add the dry ingredients to the mixture. Then, using a silicone spatula, carefully add the beaten whites in parts so that the air does not come out of them.

Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking dish. Bake in a preheated moderate oven. It's ready when if poked with a toothpick, it comes out dry.

Syrup it when cold, with equal parts water and sugar. Serve with whipped cream.
