How to make
Mash 1 1/2 bananas and beat them with the eggs, sugar, flour with baking powder and oil. Cut the remaining bananas into a greased baking dish and pour the mixture on top. Put to bake at 370°F (190 °C) for about 25 minutes.
To prepare the milk caramel, pour some sugar in a large pot on the stove, wait for it to melt and pour the remaining sugar in. To the caramelized sugar, carefully pour in the slightly warmed cream and stir until you get a smooth mixture. Finally, add the butter and a pinch of salt and mix again.
Pour the caramel sauce into a tray to cool. Whip the cream until fluffy and leave it in the freezer for a while. Next, beat 1/2 of the cooled caramel sauce into it. Smear thus prepared mousse on the inverted pie in the tray.
Garnish with grated chocolate and bananas and make decorations from the rest of the caramel sauce.
