"Feel like spoiling yourself today? Why not do it with this remarkable homemade tiramisu, which is not at all difficult to make but is absolutely delicious"

Ingredients

  • cottage cheese - 1 1/5 cups (300 g) unsalted
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • yoghurt - ½ cup
  • cream - 1 package, powdered
  • biscotti - 7 oz (200 g)
  • water - 1 1/2 cups
  • coffee - 2 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • cocoa

How to make

Mix the cottage cheese, powdered sugar, yoghurt and powdered cream. Beat these products with a mixer for 5 minutes to thicken the resulting cream.

Separately, dip the biscotti in the cooled coffee, brewed on the stove with the water and sugar. Arrange the biscotti in a deep container, smearing them with cream after each layer. Make a beautiful arrangement of well washed and dried flower petals or grass atop the final layer.

Then, generously sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa through a strainer. Remove the petals and you'll see the amazing decoration you've made.

Leave in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
