How to make
Peel the oranges, cut them and remove the seeds.
Blend them in a blender and pour them into a pot.
Add the water, starch, sugar and cook over low heat, by stirring until thickened. Cool completely and transfer into a piping bag.
Brew the coffee and cool it.
In a bowl, beat the confectionery cream with a mixer, add the powdered sugar and mascarpone and mix until a smooth cream is obtained.
At the bottom of a glass put a little of the cream, on top spread the ladyfingers (broken and dipped for a moment in the coffee), then a row of orange cream and so on.
Finish off with mascarpone cream and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
The Orange Tiramisu is ready.
Decorate the tiramisu with grated chocolate or with cocoa.
