How to make
Boil the potatoes whole, peel them and while still warm, mash them with a fork or press. Add the yoghurt, pre-mixed with the flour, baking soda, eggs and paprika.
Add salt to the mixture, stir well with a wooden spoon and pour into a thoroughly buttered oven dish. Bake on the stove.
Once baked on the bottom side, flip it over onto a lid, smear the oven dish with the remaining butter and bake until browned on the other side.
