Ingredients

  • pork tongue - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • stock - 1 cube vegetable
  • flour
  • eggs - 1.
  • breadcrumbs
  • black pepper
  • mustard
  • soya sauce - 1 tsp

How to make

Clean and wash the pig tongue. Boil it in salted water with a vegetable stock cube. Cool and peel the tongue and cut it into slices. Rub each slice with mustard on both sides.

Soak each slice in flour mixed with dry spices, egg (mixed with 1 tsp soya sauce) and breadcrumbs.

Fry until golden.
