How to make
Soak the oats and coconut flakes in hot water until they swell and absorb all the liquid. If they are still hard, add a little more water.
Beat the cottage cheese with the yoghurt and honey, until you get a smooth cream. Grind the biscuits to crumbs and mix them with the butter into the swollen oats.
In an appropriate tray, place part of the mixture with biscuits and oats as a base layer, pressing it well. Apply the cream on top. Make a second layer of oats and cream again.
Between the layers, place sliced or whole soft fruits of your choice. Top with fruit and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes. Put the cake for 3 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
