"With these spaghetti there`s no need to worry about your figure."

Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 1 packet, whole grain
  • broccoli - 1 cup, florets
  • tomatoes - 4
  • carrots - 1
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • basil - 2 pinches
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • curry - 2 pinches
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • tofu - 7 oz (200 g)

How to make

Boil the spaghetti according to package directions. While they're on the stove, you can start making the sauce. Wash the vegetables, clean and chop them.

If you would like them very fine, you can even blend them. Heat olive oil in a pot and saute the onions. Then put in the carrot and broccoli. Once these veggies soften, add the tomatoes.

Leave the sauce to simmer several minutes on the stove. Finally, add the spices and garlic and remove from the stove after 6-8 min.

Rinse the boiled spaghetti with cold water and drain them from it. Serve them in plates and pour on the prepared dietary sauce, garnish each with a piece of toasted tofu.
