How to make
Put the fruit in a colander to strain. Put the wine, water and honey to heat up, but not boil, then dissolve the gelatin that you've pre-swollen in water.
Pour a thin layer of this mixture onto the bottom of a rinsed with water cake form. Once hardened, arrange a layer of biscuits on top. Next, add the fruits mixed with the coconut flakes, then more gelatin, but set a little aside for the final pouring over.
Wait for it to harden again and arrange a layer of biscuits, then the rest of the gelatin. Put it in the fridge for a few hours to solidify well, dip it for a few seconds in hot water and remove it from the form.
Make decorations as desired, and sprinkle it with plenty of chopped nuts, dried fruit, or other decorations.
