How to make
Cut salmon fillet into portions, sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Allow to marinate for 20 minutes in a mixture of white wine, lemon juice and grated zest and cayenne pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan and place the salmon fillets to braise and change color on both sides.
Serve this salmon lightly sprinkled with chopped dill and garnish with vegetables or potatoes.
