How to make
Boil the chicken meat. Separately, heat the butter and fry the sliced mushrooms. In a suitable tray, put the peeled and chopped potatoes and mix them with the chicken and mushrooms.
Add the finely chopped peppers and the onions, lightly braised in advance. Optionally, you can fry the onions and mushrooms together. Season with all purpose spices, salt, black pepper and a little savory.
Top up with a little water in the tray and put the dish to bake in an oven heated to 360°F (180 °C). Finally, sprinkle the juicy chicken with mushrooms, cheese and potatoes with a little grated cheese and parsley.
