How to make
Wash the mushrooms well. Separate the caps from the stumps.
Pour a little oil into the baking pan, spread it generously with butter everywhere and put the mushrooms in it and put a piece of yellow cheese in each cap.
If desired, you can grate more yellow cheese all over the baking pan and add more butter. You can add it in the caps (again if desired).
Finally, sprinkle everywhere with chopped parsley, a little garlic (if you like), salt and black pepper.
Bake them in a preheated oven, approximately 20 minutes, until they aquire a golden brown color.
