In a suitable pot, break the eggs and add the crystal sugar. Put it on low heat and start beating until you have a thick cream that falls off the spoon in strips.
Remove the cream from the heat and continue to beat until cool. Separately, beat the butter and powdered sugar into cream and dilute gradually with the milk. Gradually add the egg mixture to that of the milk, while beating constantly.
Flavor the cream with vanilla and rum. Distribute the cream into dessert bowls and garnish with berries of your choice.
