How to make
Mix baking soda into the yogurt until effervescent and gradually add it to the oil, eggs, sugar, and mix well. Add the vanilla, lemon zest and a little flour.
Knead an average strength dough. Tear out pieces and form balls the size of 1.3″ (3.4 cm), order them in a greased baking tray, brush it with beaten egg and sprinkle it with sugar on top.
Ordinary cookies are baked at 360°F (180 °C) until lightly browned.
