Whisk the egg well. Add flour, salt and a little baking soda and stir. Trickle the milk in. You should get a medium thick mix.
Coat the frying pan with butter. Take spoons of the pancake mixture and pour into the pan in a thin layer. The pancakes are baked for 1-2 minutes on both sides, placed in a bowl and rolled up. Fill them with jam.
The products are designed for 1 pancake. Of course, making more pancakes means a lower milk-egg ratio.
