How to make
Boil the properly cleaned and washed tripe along with the singed and washed pork trotters with the necessary amount of water and salt until tender.
Remove the tripe from the dish and cut it into strips or chop it into medium pieces. Debone the trotters and chop the meat into fine pieces. Strain the broth. Fry the finely chopped onion, flour and paprika.
Dilute the fried products with the strained broth, add the milk. Boil for 10 minutes and put the chopped tripe in it with the meat from the pork trotters. Thicken the broth with eggs and some vinegar.
Optionally, for serving, provide a separate container with crushed garlic diluted with vinegar.
