Ingredients

  • rice - 1 cup (250 g)
  • chicken breasts - 1/2
  • oil - 1/3 cup (80 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • onions - 1 bunch
  • vegetable spice - 1 tsp

How to make

Boil the rice in advance. Pour it into the pre-heated oil.

Fry about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the finely chopped meat and 1 teaspoon of vegetable spice (or MSG). Whisk the eggs and pour them over the rice.

Stir and remove from the fire. Before serving, sprinkle with julienned onions.
