How to make
Wash the peaches and remove the pits. Beat the eggs and sugar well. Gradually add the cream, milk and butter. Mix well.
Finally, add the flour, baking powder and vanilla. Pour the mixture into a pre-greased round cake form. Cut the peaches into thin slices and arrange them on the dough.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar. Bake the cake about 60 minutes in a preheated 360°F (180 degree) oven.
