How to make
Spread out sheets of puff pastry, which are soft. Cut them in two halves lengthwise and cut each half into thin strips vertically. Well in advance, prepare cones that are made from cardboard.
Each strip is rolled slightly and wrapped around a cone. Arrange on a tray and bake in moderate preheated oven until lightly tanned, before that - you can sprinkle them with sugar.
For the cream, heat 4/5 cup (200 ml) cream with the butter and cocoa in a pan in a water bath and melt the broken chocolate inside. Mix until a homogeneous mixture and remove. The mixture is allowed to cool, but it is important not tighten fully.
After being cooled, mix with the rest of the cream, whipped to snow. Baked cones are filled with the cream. Serve chilled.
