Ingredients

  • apples - 4
  • red wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • sugar - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • butter - 1/3 cup (80 g)
  • cream - 2/5 cup (100 g)

How to make

Thoroughly clean the apples and slice them into halves. Melt the butter and fry the apples until soft.

Add the sugar, flavor with cinnamon, pour on the wine and stew at least 5 minutes on low heat. Put the ready apples on a plate.

Top them with a little strained syrup and garnish with cream. Can be served cold or hot.
