"Sweet chocolate rocks with a supreme taste!"

Ingredients

  • biscuits - 9 oz (250 g), tea
  • walnuts - 2/5 cup (100 g), crushed
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g), melted
  • powdered sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g) or to taste
  • cocoa - 3 tbsp
  • rum - 3 tbsp
  • for the glaze
  • chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g), natural
  • butter - 1 tbsp
  • coconut flakes

How to make

It is easiest to use a blender or food chopper - blend the biscuits and combine them with the walnuts, sugar, butter, cocoa and rum.

Shape the mixture into identical rocks by hand. Arrange them on a paper towel.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Pour the glaze over each small rock using a tablespoon.

Put the small rocks in the refrigerator. After the glaze hardens, sprinkle with coconut flakes if desired.
