How to make
Mix the flour with the melted oil, add the grated apples with sugar; set one aside for decoration. Finally, mix in the cocoa and baking powder.
Pour the mixture into a tray, covered with baking paper. Cut the last apple into thin crescents and arrange them beautifully in a circle, gently pressing the pieces to sink, but to still be able to see the greater part of them.
Bake the cake for about 25 minutes in a warm oven. Serve the pieces when cool.
