Ingredients

  • lettuce - 1/2 red + 1/2 curly
  • radicchio - 1 small head
  • mushrooms - 8.8 oz (250 g) small
  • tomatoes - 4 cherry for decoration
  • onions - 2 small heads
  • chicken breasts - 14 oz (400 g)
  • lemons - 1.
  • oil - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • black pepper

  • mustard - 1 tsp dijon
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp white wine
  • cream - 2/5 cup (100 g) sour
  • yogurt - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • black pepper

How to make

Wash the chicken and cut it into strips. Peel the garlic and cut it into sircles. Meat and garlic are mixed and placed in the refrigerator.

Lettuce is cleaned and cut. Divide it into 4 large plates. Peel the onions and cut them into small cubes. Mushrooms are cleaned and chopped. Wash the lemon and grate the rind into thin strips.

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper and spread over the salad. Cover with strips of lemon, onion and mushrooms.

On high heat, heat the oil and fry the meat. Fried chicken is seasoned with salt and pepper and put on the salads.

Cut the cherry tomatoes and spread them over. Optionally, serve the salads with fresh baguettes.
