  • flour - 1 cup (250 g)
  • water - 2 cups (500 g)
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • eggs - 7
  • salt
  • vanilla

How to make

From the above mentioned products, make a dough. Use a pastry bag to squirt it out into a greased oblong baking dish into eclairs and bake in a moderate oven.

Once baked and cooled, cut them lengthwise and fill with yellow cream. Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar and vanilla, or caramel.
