  • avocados - 1/3

  • fish - fillets of tuna, salmon or trout
  • cream cheese - chocolate
  • sesame - 2 to 3 tablespoons

How to make

Boil the rice, mix it with vinegar, salt and sugar and brew according to package directions. On a mat, put small nori pieces, with moistened hands, and put a layer of rice on it, but not too thick. At the top, leave some space without rice and moisten it.

Grate carrots and beets to a large plane, so as to obtain thin sticks. Avocado and pepper are cut into thin sticks and crushed fish. At the bottom of the crust, spread cream cheese, sprinkle some sesame, distributed along the length of the fish and vegetables.

Carefully turn a tight roll with the mat and finally end with a damp bat of nori. Thus prepared are sheets with other combinations of products of your choice. Leave to tighten for about 60 minutes in the refrigerator.

When finished, roll and slice the sushi into bites with a sharp knife. Arrange on a platter and serve in a bowl with sesame, soya sauce, pickled ginger and wasabi.
