How to make
Wash and bread the chicken fillet (cut into two thin slices), dipping each slice in the beaten egg, then in the breadcrumbs and corn flour mixture. After that, fry in a pan until golden and place the finished chicken fillets on kitchen paper to absorb the fat.
Rice for the Sushi Philadelphia Combo is prepared by washing it for 10-15 minutes under running water in a colander or until the water becomes transparent, not white. Then we leave it in the colander for about half an hour to dry.
Then we move it to a pot with a lid and pour the water, as soon as it boils, we reduce the heat to the lowest level and simmer until it absorbs the water. Then we leave it aside to cool for 20 minutes, after which we pour it with the marinade of rice vinegar and brown sugar (which we have heated on the stove in a metal container until the sugar melts).
Let's roll the sushi!
Crispy Chicken:
We take a nori, placing it shiny side down on a nylon-covered sushi roll mat to prevent rice from getting into it. With wet hands, we distribute rice (previously divided into four parts) evenly on its surface and sprinkle with sesame seeds, leaving one centimeter of the side of the crust facing us uncovered so that it sticks better when rolling. Arrange the breaded chicken, cream cheese in a long strip and cucumber on the side towards us. We wrap a roll, helping ourselves with the mat and cutting it with a sharp knife into 8 pieces, wetting the knife with water for each cut. If the rice is soft and falls apart when cut, put it in the freezer to harden.
Norwegian Forest:
The technology of rolling the roll is the same, but after sprinkling with sesame seeds, we turn the nori so that the rice is on the bottom. On the side facing us, arrange a row of salmon and a row of cream cheese. Place a thin slice of avocado on top of the pieces.
Philadelphia tuna:
The rolling technology is the same as for Norwegian Forest. Here on the side towards us we arrange a row of tuna, a row of Philadelphia, a row of cucumber slices.
Crispy tempura:
The technology for rolling this type of sushi is the same as for Philadelphia tuna. Here, on the side facing us, we arrange a row of tuna, a row of Philadelphia, a row of avocado slices. We roll each roll in crumbs of mixed breadcrumbs and butter, pre-baked on parchment paper in a pan.
We serve the Sushi Philadelphia Combo with wasabi and soy sauce.
