How to make
Prepare equal amounts of vegetables and 1 slice of eggplant for each jar. Wash and dry the vegetables well. Cut them into pieces. Cut each type of vegetable in a separate container.
Boil the beans for 10-15 minutes in a small amount of salted water. Spread the vegetables evenly into each jar and pour the grated tomatoes on.
Close the jars and sterilize for 1 hour and 30 minutes after the water comes to a boil.
