How to make
In fat, stew the meat, which is cut into chunks. Insert the coarsely cut onion, red pepper and tomatoes.
Boil for about 10 minutes, then add the pepper and savory. Pour into clay pots.
In each pot, place 1 cup of wine and bake in the oven at 360°F (180 °C). Upon serving, sprinkle with plenty of parsley. Bon appetit!
