  • pork - 2.21 lb (1 kg)
  • onions - 18 oz (500 g)
  • tomatoes - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • savory
  • black pepper
  • cooking oil
  • white wine - 6 cups.

How to make

In fat, stew the meat, which is cut into chunks. Insert the coarsely cut onion, red pepper and tomatoes.

Boil for about 10 minutes, then add the pepper and savory. Pour into clay pots.
