How to make
Wash the beans and soak them in water for 8-10 hours. Then pour out the old water and pour in new water (6 1/5 cups (1.5 L)), add the bay leaves and put it to boil for 1 hour.
Finely chop the onions, tomatoes, carrots and mint leaves and add them, along with the olive oil. Boil the beans slowly for two more hours.
Half an hour before the end of cooking, add the mint leaves, black pepper, salt and chopped parsley.
