How to cook
Cut the avocado in half. Clean it from its pit and peels and cut it into cubes.
Remove the seeds of the pepper and cut it into small pieces. Chop the onion and parsley and add them to the avocado. Stir the mixture a little, not too much.
Add salt and lemon juice. Optionally, you can make it with tomatoes added in.
