How to make
Clean the cherries of their pits, sprinkle with a bit of sugar and mash them well. Cover and let them sit for 1 night as is. Next day, strain the juice, by gently squeezing the cherries.
Mix the juice with the water and sugar. If necessary, add more sugar if not sweet enough. Put the liquid to boil on medium heat until it thickens more.
Finally mix in the citric acid and remove from the heat. Pour it into bottles and close them well. Store in a cool, dark place.
