Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions. Then add the chopped peppers, shredded cabbage and carrots. Sauté the vegetables until tender.
Before retiring from the heat, season them with soya sauce, a little pepper, salt and curry. With this stuffing, fill two sheets, transfer the filling to the bottom edge and tuck the ends in. Wrap rolls until you run out of products.
Heat the oil and fry rolls to a brown tan.
