Ingredients

  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons, or use sunflower oil
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • tomatoes - 1 can, peeled and diced
  • olives - 1 cup pitted
  • parsley - 1 tbsp fresh
  • white wine - dry 1/2 cup
  • fish - 21 oz (600 g) white fillet

How to make

Cut the onion into rings, the garlic very finely and the olives in half.

In a large skillet, heat oil and sauté the garlic and onion on medium heat, then add the tomatoes, olives, parsley and wine.
