Ingredients

  • whitefish fillet - 600 g
  • asparagus - 150 gr
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • lemon - 1 pc.

How to make

Clean the fish fillet and cut it into portions, if necessary. Season it with as much salt and black pepper as you like.

In a heated pan with a non-stick coating, bake the fish on both sides. Arrange it onto a plate.

Heat olive oil in a pan and add the asparagus. Add garlic powder and as much salt as you like. Stew them for about 5-6 minutes.

Add some asparagus to each portion of fish. Season with lemon juice.

Optionally, you can add cooked rice as a side dish.
