How to make
Pour the flour in a bowl, add the melted lard, oil, yoghurt with the beaten pinch of baking soda in it, and finally the baking powder.
Stir with a fork to obtain a ball of dough, put it on a floured counter and knead a soft dough. Cut the Turkish Delight into pieces.
Roll out the prepared dough into a rectangle, cut it into squares. Place a piece of Turkish Delight on each and roll up into a roll. Arrange them in a tray with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated 340°F (170 °C) oven until slightly golden. Take them out and while still warm sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with coffee and juice to your guests!
