How to make
Crumble the biscuits finely and stir with the butter, powdered sugar, raisins, crumbled walnuts and cut into pieces Turkish Delight. Stir the mixture with the cocoa.
Prepare a sheet of aluminum foil and sprinkle with finely crumbled walnuts. Pour on the mixture on top and distribute it out like a salami, wrap it with the foil and smooth out.
Leave the sweet salami in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
