Ingredients

  • pumpkins - about 3.5 lb (1.5 kg), peeled and coarsely grated
  • eggs - 4 beaten
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
  • vanilla - 2 powder packets

How to make

Pour the grated pumpkin in a tray smeared with butter. Pour on the mixture of beaten eggs, sugar (excluding the powdered sugar), milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Arrange butter pieces on top.

Bake in a moderately heated oven until it gains a brown crust. Once it's ready, let cool for 1-2 hours.

Serve the cooled pumpkin chopped into pieces and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
