  • onions - 1 head (large) or 2 small
  • garlic - 1 - 2 cloves

  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • paprika - 1 tablespoon

How to make

Clean the lentils, put them in a large pot (for 8 servings), pour in water and put on the stove to boil.

Once it starts to boil, add the finely chopped or grated carrot, garlic, savory and salt to taste.

You can add 1 finely chopped pepper if you like.
