How to make
Knead the mince as if for meatballs. Shape it into nests.
Chop the potatoes, arrange the mince nests on top, pour on oil and add the water.
Bake at 330°F (165 °C) and once nearly ready, break an egg over each, add cheese, put in the oven for 10 min.
