How to make
Put the yeast in a bowl with a little cool water, add the butter, yoghurt, salt and flour. Knead a soft dough.
In another bowl, break the eggs, crumble the feta cheese and stir well.
Cut out balls from the dough, stretch them out lengthwise, flatten and fill with the stuffing, close, then arrange in an oiled tray.
Smear with egg yolk on top and bake in a preheated oven.
