How to make
Pre-boil the pork and sauté it in oil. Clean and wash the beans in cold water. Remove after boiling and add water again.
Once boiling, add a little hot water from the broth of the meat, oil and sliced carrot. To the beans, add the semi-stewed in oil and some water onion, meat and garlic.
Season with chopped mint and parsley and sprinkle with red and black pepper.
