Boil the oil and put the finely chopped onions in it. After it browns, add the meat, which you've ground beforehand. Finally, add salt and ground pepper.
Sprinkle the filling here and there between the phyllo pastry sheets after it has cooled. To give the pie a nice nice look and sheen, sprinkle it with water and oil on top.
Bake in a moderate oven. Once baked, place the pie immediately in the refrigerator or it will deflate.
Keep covered with a cloth without sprinkling water until it's time to serve.
