How to make
Knead dough through sifted flour, water, salt, vinegar and butter. Roll out the dough into 5 or 7 wafers.
Boil the meat, chop it large, you can use offal. Add salt, scatter it with pepper and chop finely.
In a greased tray, stack a crust, stuff it with meat, mix it with eggs, repeat. Finish with crust, brush it with oil and put it to bake in a moderate oven, until it gets a tan.
